Payable upon completion and delivery of the report.
$1750 incl. GST
Due upon settlement of the property, or no more than 120 days after the report is completed, or immediately if the property is taken off the market.
$305 incl. GST.
Optional upgrade for report delivery the day after the inspection for an additional $305 incl. GST. Covers government fees and is available with both upfront and pay later options.
