The report is provided in a clear, easy-to-read format within 24 hours of the inspection provided all information about your property is obtained ahead of the inspection.
Most inspections take up 2 hours depending on the size and condition of the property.
Our reports are valid for 6 months from date of inspection. An updated report is required if the property is not listed within 3 months from the date of inspection.

We recommend booking an inspection if you are considering putting your home on the market. Alternativly if you are a buyer you can request we undertake an inspection on your behalf.
