Payable upon completion and delivery of your report.

Due upon settlement of the property, or no more than 180 days after the report is completed, or within 14 days if the property is taken off the market.
$240 incl. GST
Optional upgrade for report delivery the day after the inspection for an additional $240 incl. GST. Covers government fees and is available with both upfront and pay later options.
